TRADES x MARIWO: BAILE DES BRUXAS
Production Lead, Flyer Design, Set Design, and Comms
After seeing an open call grant from a collaboration between NTS and Marshall for the “PITCH UR PARTY” series, me and my co-founder K decided to pitch our London club night TRADES. I created the pitch for the grant, and after some time we received news that we were one of two collectives selected for their London edition! Receiving funding for this event gave us the resources to take it to another level while keeping it accessible to our community, which we couldn’t have done without teaming up with Brazilian collective MARIWO, who were visiting London for the first time. Together, we produced this event, and it was truly a night to remember! We were able to design the venue, curate an incredible lineup, posterize the flyer, and commission creatives within our network for our content team. I led on liasoning with the sponsors, venue, and socials, along with designing the flyer and shaping the set design for the space.

1. The Brief
PITCH UR PARTY!
Marshall and NTS have come together to support the next generation of grassroots party starters with an open call-out to all London-based underground collectives, asking you to pitch a party proposal for the opportunity to win a new Bromley 750 Party Speaker and £3,000 towards the production of your idea.
While NTS' production involvement will be minimal, with each selected winner responsible for securing their own location and curating the music, we’ll remain in close communication throughout, overseeing and supporting your vision.
